This garment features a fused micro fibre fabric featuring a bonded micro fibre frill. This true to size garment allows for some stretch to ensure it fits the body beautifully.

All orders placed before 12:00pm AEST will be dispatched the day of purchase, to be received the next business day - in most metropolitan areas. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched the following business day and to be received within 2 working days from purchase.

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address linked to your order. Your parcel can be tracked through the nominated carrier’s website. The nominated carrier will be specified in the confirmation email.
All deliveries to residential addresses must be signed for. Should you be unavailable at your provided shipping address, the courier company will advise you regarding re-delivery.
Any items returned to BY JOHNNY will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are re-directed to a local post office or alternative facility for collection.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we will not be held responsible for delayed or ‘lost’ parcels.
We endeavour to get your online order to you as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee next day delivery in all cases. Our carrier services are not always seamless with deliveries, sometimes there are situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
If you happen to place your online order over the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be processed and dispatched the next working business day. There will always be unavoidable delivery delays surrounding public holidays.

For all International purchases, we will use DHL's 'Express Worldwide' service to ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking number for this parcel, so you may view the delivery progress. Progress can be checked on the DHL website: www.dhl.com
Please, be aware that some international shipments can be subject to Customs or Import Duties / Taxes once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, the responsibility falls on the receiver to pay the appropriate charges to release the goods from shipment. If you have purchased the incorrect size and would like to exchange it for another style or size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within seven days from the date of delivery and you will be sent an email containg a Return Authorisation number and detailed instructions on returning your garment.
Once the garment is received and has undergone a Quality Control check to ensure the garment has not been worn, is in original condition and all tags are attached, the new size or style will be dispatched.
Returned garments will not be accepted without; a Returns Authorisation number, 'Packing List' or proof of purchase and a noted reason of return within the parcel.
Please be aware, that in the event you wish to exchange your purchase, the responsibility falls on the customer to pay the appropriate postage charges to see the garment/s returned to By Johnny for the exchange to be processed.
Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the sending of newly requested style/s or size/s from By Johnny to the customer.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com, within seven days from the date of delivery and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number and detailed instructions on returning your garment.
Once a Returns Authorisation number has been issued, the garment must be sent back within seven days to be eligible for a refund, less postage. Items returned after seven days will receive credit only.
Once the garment is received and has undergone a Quality Control check to ensure the garment has not been worn, is in original condition and all tags are attached, the purchasing amount, less postage, will be refunded to the purchaser's Credit Card or Paypal account.
This process may take up to 14 days from when the garment is returned back to us, to go through all appropriate checks and channels, for refunds to be finalised.
Returned garments will not be accepted without; a Returns Authorisation number, 'Packing List' or proof of purchase and a noted reason of return, within the parcel.
Please be aware, that in the event you wish to return your purchase, the responsibility falls on the customer to pay the appropriate postage / delivery charges and potential Customs or Import Duties / Taxes to see the garment/s returned to By Johnny for the refund to be processed.
