All Full price Orders placed before 10:00am AEST will be dispatched the day of purchase. Full Price Orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched the following business day.

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address linked to your order. Your parcel can be tracked through the nominated carrier’s website. The nominated carrier will be specified in the confirmation email.
All deliveries to residential addresses must be signed for. Should you be unavailable at your provided shipping address, the courier company will advise you regarding re-delivery.
Any items returned to BY JOHNNY will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are re-directed to a local post office or alternative facility for collection.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we will not be held responsible for delayed or ‘lost’ parcels.
We endeavour to get your online order to you as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee next day delivery in all cases. Our carrier services are not always seamless with deliveries, sometimes there are situations that can cause unavoidable delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full priced items are eligible for a refund less postage, exchange or online store credit, when returned with us 14 days from delivery. An RA must be requested within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.
Swimwear Due to hygiene reasons all swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or shows signs of wear.
Shoes Try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn as we will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox.
Masks Due to hygiene reasons masks are unable to be refunded or exchanged.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. - Once you receive your RA# items must be shipped back within 7 days - Items must be in original conditions (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed
Any returns who do not meet the above conditions will be rejected and you will be notified via email.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange please visit the ‘Assistance’ menu orhere, select ‘Request a Return’ and follow the prompts. Once your return or exchange request has been approved/rejected you will receive an RA number via Email.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
All return shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer, we recommend returning with a tracking number so that you are able to track your parcel. BY JOHNNY do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost in transit or damaged on return to us.
BY JOHNNY do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
All refunds are less shipping, we do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. Items exchanged will be re-sent at our cost.
