SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after this time or on a weekend/public holiday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period may require an additional 1-2 business days for processing and packing.

Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping fees – they will be charged additionally upon arrival into the country via a local customs office.

Please check with your local customs office before completing your purchase.

Due to the high volume of orders we experience during sale and promotional periods, there may be a 3-4 day dispatch delay in some instances. We will be working extremely hard to ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible.


Once your order has been dispatched with our carrier (Australia Post) it may be subject to delays at the hands of the carrier, especially during peak periods. This is beyond our control and we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking number provided for shipping updates

We have partnered with Rendr to offer Sydney Metro customers Same Day Delivery.


Orders must be placed before 11am to be eligible for same day delivery. Any orders placed after 11am will be delivered on the next business day. Any orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be sent the next business day.

If your order is eligible for same day delivery, the option 'Same Day Delivery' will appear at checkout. If you can't see it there, this means that your address unfortunately is not within 25km from our HQ.


Recipient must be available at specified address to 'Sign for delivery'. We do not allow 'Authority to leave'. If you are not present to sign for the delivery, the shipment will be returned to BY JOHNNY HQ - a refund on shipping costs will not be authorised in this case and any additional shipping costs will be incurred. Ensure an accurate mobile number is included at checkout, this is so our delivery partner can contact you if required.


If delivering to a business, please ensure you include the business name and any additional delivery information.

Click and Collect is available from 9:30am - 4:30pm AEST Monday to Friday at our HQ: Unit 9, 8-10 Burrows Rd, St Peters, NSW 2044


Your order will be ready within 24 hours of order confirmation - unless your order is final sale. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.


Sale period can have fulfilment delays of 2-3 days.


Collection from front door entrance only - no warehouse entrance collections can be facilitated. Pick-up only is available, we are unable to facilitate garment try on's or entry into warehouse/showroom without prior confirmation with a team member. If an item is on pre-order it means that the item is yet to be received into our warehouse, please check the product information to understand when the item will be ready for dispatch. All pre-orders we eligible for returns following the same process as regular orders with a 14 day return period once the item has been delivered to you, for more information please see our returns page


Once a pre-order item has been dispatched it will be sent with your selected shipping method at the time of purchase, these shipping time frames can be found in the first section on this page

If you place your online order over the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. There will always be unavoidable delivery delays surrounding public holidays.

If you live in a regional area, please allow for an extra 3-5 business days for delivery.


All deliveries to residential addresses must be signed for. Should you be unavailable at your provided shipping address, the courier company will advise you regarding collection or re-delivery.


Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we will not be held responsible for delayed or 'lost' parcels. Any items returned to BY JOHNNY will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are re-directed to a local post office or alternative facility for collection.


During collection launches or sale periods there may be a delay in shipping of 3-5 days. Our team will endeavour to advise you on any delays as soon as possible, however, please keep this in mind when shopping.
