1. Promoter
The promoter is BY JOHNNY Pty Ltd ("Promoter"), ABN [INSERT ABN], of Unit 9/8-10 Burrows Rd, St Peters, NSW 2044.
2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 17th July, 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31st July 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies involved in this promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must during the Competition Period:
- Complete and submit the official competition entry form via the BY JOHNNY website (either through the website pop-up or embedded competition form); and
- Provide a valid email address and mobile phone number.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries using different email addresses or identities may be deemed invalid.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Marketing Consent
By submitting an entry, entrants:
- agree to these Terms & Conditions;
- consent to receive marketing communications from BY JOHNNY via email and SMS;
- acknowledge they may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or the opt-out instructions provided in SMS messages.
Unsubscribing after entering the competition will not affect the validity of an existing entry.
6. Prize
There are five (5) prizes available.
Each prize consists of one (1) BY JOHNNY gift voucher valued at AUD $500, resulting in a total prize pool of AUD $2,500.
The vouchers:
- are valid for use on the BY JOHNNY website;
- are subject to the BY JOHNNY Gift Card Terms of Use;
- are not redeemable for cash;
- cannot be transferred, exchanged or substituted.
7. Prize Draw
The draw will take place at the Promoter's office on Wednesday 5th august.
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address and/or mobile number supplied at entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
Winner names may also be published on the BY JOHNNY website and/or social media channels.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or does not claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of administering this competition, contacting winners and providing marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the BY JOHNNY Privacy Policy.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- submits an incomplete or fraudulent entry;
- tampers with the entry process;
- breaches these Terms & Conditions; or
- engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair operation of the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed or misdirected entries.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability arising from or in connection with this promotion, including any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with accepting or using the prize.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
