1. The Promoter
This competition is conducted by BY JOHNNY BJPS PTY LTD (ABN 52 159 090927) of Unit 9/8-10 Burrows Rd, St Peters NSW 2044 ("the Promoter", "we", "us", "our").
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 The following are not eligible to enter: employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Little National Hotel Adelaide, and any agencies or companies associated with this competition.
2.3 The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of identity and age to claim a prize. Proof of identity considered acceptable is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens on Friday 25th September and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 1 October 2026 ("the Competition Period").
3.2 Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, individuals must, during the Competition Period, complete the online entry form and provide their first name, last name, email address and mobile number.
4.2 Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4.3 Entries must not be made through any automated system or contain any false or misleading information.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of:
- Two (2) return flights to Adelaide;
- Two (2) nights' accommodation at Little National Hotel Adelaide;
- A $1,000 gift voucher to spend at BY JOHNNY;
- $200 to use at Little National Hotel Adelaide's exclusive lounge bar;
- Two (2) tickets to the BY JOHNNY Homecoming Runway Show.
5.2 The total prize value is over $2,700 (AUD). The total value is approximate, based on recommended retail prices and standard fares at the time of drafting, and may vary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 Travel and accommodation dates. The accommodation and flights are valid only for two (2) nights within the period 7 October 2026 to 9 October 2026. The BY JOHNNY Homecoming Runway Show takes place on the evening of 8 October 2026, and the winner's travel must allow attendance on this date. The winner must be available to travel within this window; no alternative dates will be offered.
6.2 The winner (and their guest) are responsible for arranging their own transfers to and from airports, travel insurance, meals (other than as expressly included), and all other incidental or personal expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
6.3 The winner and their guest must each be aged 18 years or over and located in Australia. The winner is responsible for ensuring their nominated guest meets all eligibility and travel requirements.
6.4 Flights are subject to availability and airline terms and conditions. Flights are only eligible within the above mentioned dates and only return to Adelaide. Accommodation is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of Little National Hotel Adelaide.
6.5 The $1,000 BY JOHNNY voucher and $200 lounge bar credit must be used in accordance with their respective terms and any applicable expiry dates.
6.6 The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. If any element of the prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an element of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
7. Winner Determination
7.1 The winner will be determined by a random draw from all valid entries.
7.2 The draw will take place on Friday 2nd October, being after the close of the Competition Period.
7.3 The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
8. Notification and Claiming the Prize
8.1 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at entry, within [two (2)] business days of the draw.
8.2 The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of notification.
8.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to travel within the dates specified in clause 6.1, the winner will forfeit the prize. In such a case, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions from a relevant authority) to conduct a redraw to distribute any forfeited prize.
9. Consent to Marketing and Privacy
9.1 By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving email and SMS marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
9.2 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to conduct the competition, notify winners and, where consent is given, to send marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available here, and the Australian Privacy Principles.
10. Publicity
10.1 The winner consents to the Promoter using their name and, where separately agreed, their image and likeness, for promotional purposes in connection with this competition without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms, or engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise damaging to the Promoter or the competition.
11.2 If this competition cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any applicable laws.
11.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of entering the competition or accepting or using the prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights entrants may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11.4 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wals, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
