Delivery Costs

• Australia Standard: $10 (Free over $200)
• Australia Express: $15 (Free over $300)
• Same Day Delivery (NSW Only): $20
• International: $30

Christmas Order Cut-Off Dates

Order by the dates below to receive your items before Christmas:

• Standard Delivery: Wednesday, 17th December
• Express Delivery: Friday, 19th December

We always do our best to get orders out quickly, but the holiday rush can cause unexpected delays, so ordering early is recommended. Thank you for celebrating with us.

Please note: During the Christmas period, Australia Post experiences exceptionally high parcel volumes and staff shortages, which may result in delivery delays. For more information, visit Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes

• Australia: Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Depending on Shipping method it could take between 1-7 days for delivery.
• Sale Orders & Peak Periods: Allow 1–2 extra days for dispatch.
• International: Allow 14–21 business days for shipping.
• Pre-orders: Entire order ships once all items are available. We recommend ordering separately if needed sooner.

Returns & Exchanges

• Full-priced items: Refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Sale & Promo items: Exchange or store credit only, refunds not eligible
